Summary:

Lt. Colonel Alan Pope (Mandylor) is the best special ops agent there is, but even the best need a vacation. So his partner and commander (Coburn) insist he ship off on the S.S. Intrepid for some needed r 'n r. Instead, Pope uncovers a plot to kidnap the daughter of an oil tycoon and conspirators who plan to detonate a nuclear warhead at sea.
