They do not carry a license plate, but from the mobile unit Masiosare they have moved dozens of vehicles parked in double rows. They can not infringe, but armed with a camera, and disguised as cowboys, have faced arrogant ""dirty"" waiting for the employer on the disabled ramp. They are not superheroes, but they organized a mud fight in a huge pothole and managed to get the authorities to cover the crater on the asphalt after a year of citizen complaints without response. A group, known as the Superc©Øivicos, attempt to teach civic mindedness in Mexico City, through humour. Los Super C©Øivicos examines in graphic novel format the ways in which many Mexicans engage in habits that are not reflective of good citizenship, including bad driving, littering, and other activities, and attempts to encourage behavioral changes.
